Do you have a physical store?

We do not have a physical store, we are a virtual store www.kielashoes.com

What cards do you accept?

We accept all cards, both credit and debit.

To buy online do I need a credit or debit card?

Not necessarily, you can make your purchases with any means of payment, including transfers, Plin or YAPE.

Can I make payment on delivery?

We do not have that form of payment.

What is the presentation of the products?

All our shoes are carefully packaged. Our products come in a cardboard box so that you receive them in perfect condition.

When will I recive my order?

Orders are prepared once the purchase is confirmed and will be delivered within the date indicated at the time of purchase. We work under schedules and orders and shipping is between 10 to 12 business days.

All shipments are from Trujillo - Peru and the courier we work with is Olva Courier.

The courier will make 2 delivery attempts to the address indicated by the client. If delivery is not achieved at this address, pick-up must be coordinated at an Olva Courier office.

Kiela is not responsible for delays in delivery due to road stoppages or unfavorable weather conditions.

What time does my order arrive?

The delivery will be made through Olva Courier and the hours they operate are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1.00 pm

Remember to pay attention to the cell phone number you have registered, as they will call you to coordinate the delivery.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Saturday afternoons, Sundays or holidays.

Can I pick up my order?

We do not have in-person service but you can request delivery to an agency in Olva and pick up your order from the indicated agency.

Can I track the shipment of my order?

Yes, you can enter the olva page https://www.olvacourier.com/ and enter the shipping number that we provide you to verify the status of the shipment of your kielas.

At Kiela we handle fixed shipping rates according to where you are in the country.
